Have you ever “searched” for ways to be happy? I suspect many of you have put ‘happiness’ into Google or YouTube to figure out how to be happy in your life. I know I have and the results were inspiring, if not educational. But I will say that search is a bit overwhelming. Finding the science behind being happy, the tactics that work, the path to finding ‘your happy’ is a bit daunting. We checked Google today and the results are truly amazing 4,890,000,000 search results all about happiness. What does this mean? People are sharing their information on happiness and people from all over the world are searching for that “key” to happy every day.

What this information does not tell us is that the road to being happy takes dedication, is a daily practice, and some days can seem a bit hard. What I do know is that your path to being happy can become an easy habit once you get over the hump of setting your daily commitment to being happy.

Take The Time To Learn About Happiness

Taking the time to learn about happiness from experts will help you find your own personal ways to happy every day. Being happy is different for every person on the planet. Different actions make different people happy. It’s a skill to learn and understand. But I can not stress enough that happiness is found through a daily practice, a practice and habit that will be similar to brushing your teeth. This is what we teach at 365give as we know it works. We have learned that completing one small act of giving to either a person, the planet or an animal will make you happy every single day. What we love about small acts of giving is that happiness is passed onto the person, animal, portion of the planet you give to. It is a 2 x 1 happy experience that stays with you and others for the entire day!
