Jacqueline Way is a passionate and dedicated change-maker, committed to serving humanity with love each day. Through 365give she aims to teach, inspire, and empower people worldwide to create happier, more meaningful lives. She created this charitable organization with her 3-year-old son, based on a simple vision to “Change the World 1 give, 1 day at a time.” As a world-renowned keynote speaker, her TEDx Talk “How to Be Happy Every Day – It Will Change the World” has been watched by millions. Jacqueline lives with the highest expression of herself through her work, family, and by touching the lives of others.

Nic Way is a compassionate and happy high school student who has grown up to embody the spirit of giving. Nic's dedication to giving back has earned him the Youth Global Award for 365give. In addition to his philanthropic work, he is also a dedicated snowboard coach for children and an advocate for local animal shelters. Nic's inspiring journey serves as a reminder that anyone, regardless of age, can make a difference in the world through kindness and giving.

Chantal Trudeau

Chantal is one of 365give’s founding board members. She served as a teacher for 20 years and a school principal for 14 years, before retiring in 2019. In 2014, she helped to launch the 365give Challenge in her school – the pilot project of our school programming. She was thrilled with its incredible impact on her and her students. As 365give expands globally, Chantal remains deeply invested in our mission and vision, fueling our work with her excitement and passion. She firmly believes that developing a giving habit not only benefits the world, but also enhances one’s personal happiness and well-being.

Lindsay’s passion is preparing children for the future. She has taught for over 20 years and believes that this role is more critical now than ever, given the challenges that students face. It has transformed her teaching, empowering her to break down the walls in the classroom and take learning out into the world. Lindsay is delighted to watch her students become passionately engaged and motivated as they work together towards common goals of giving in ways that are meaningful and powerful to them.

Lorna is an audit partner at KPMG’s downtown Vancouver office and served on the Board of 365give as Treasurer for 6 years. Her financial and not-for-profit expertise was instrumental in establishing our organization. Since coming to Canada from Scotland 20 years ago, Lorna has been passionately volunteering in her community. Lorna is a former Big Sister and joined the Board of Big Sisters in 2016 as she is a strong supporter of their mentoring objectives. Lorna lives in West Vancouver and has two daughters in elementary school, whom she is raising to believe in the power of giving.

Dr. Stephen Post is a researcher, medical school professor, and bestselling author of multiple books, including Why Good Things Happen to Good People. He is widely known for his research on how giving enhances health and happiness, how empathy and compassionate care contribute to patient outcomes, ethical issues in caring for people with dementia, medical professionalism and the virtues, and positive psychology in relation to health and well-being.

Dr. Rowshanak Hashemiyoon

Dr. Rowshanak Hashemiyoon is a credentialed computational, clinical, and behavioral neuroscientist whose work has supported the transformation of countless lives. As founder of Access to the Path, she combines the power and process of science with emotional and spiritual intelligence to generate compelling and innovative strategies that help people and businesses become more purposeful, effective, and prosperous. An author, speaker, transformational leader, and consultant, she intuitively makes complicated material accessible and applicable.

Sareh Doneher

Honorary Board Member
Sareh Donaher was born in Tehran, Iran, but has made Vancouver’s North Shore her home. As a teacher, Sareh believes that children have far more potential for good than our systems allow them to demonstrate. She nurtures opportunities that enable children to be leaders and agents of positive change. Using her experience and insight as an educator, Sareh assisted in the creation of the 365give Challenge for schools and classrooms.
