Happiness Education – Books About Giving & Inspire Giving

We have shared videos that increase our happiness education, but reading about happiness can be your way of learning more. Books transport us to another world, they draw us into our imagination and they encourage us to try something new. Reading a new perspective, a new idea, a new opinion can be inspiring. There are numerous books on happiness, giving and joy and each one has a slightly different angle and will have different effects on each reader. But sharing our stories, and the stories of others, is a great way to share inspiration and spread joy.

Finding joy and happiness within ourselves is often the beginning to sharing joy and happiness with others. Many of these books offer guidance to finding inner peace and tranquility in order to then look outwards and how we can spread that message to others. Often our actions are all that we need to share giving and joy with others.
