Day 192: Give 192

Host Papa happens to be my web provider and I just got a great email from them. They are doing a fabulous promotion right now in support of Earth Day coming up on April 22, 2011. With one click or like on facebook and you have donated a tree. Yeh! Easy and boy did it feel good to know I had already done something to save the plant. To top it off Host Papa, if you didn`t know, is a green web hosting site. It was just one of the reasons I chose to go with them when setting up 365give. Host Papa has partnered with Love Trees to get trees to areas of our world that need them most. Here is what Love Trees is trying to accomplish:

LOVE GROWS: Love Trees manages a global children’s educational tree planting program and is also a member of the United Nations Environment Programme’s (UNEP) Billion Tree Campaign. This year, the UN has launched the International Year of Forests and every Love Tree planted helps the UNEP reach a target goal of planting 12 billion trees worldwide.
