Find Happiness by Giving Every Day

Finding happiness by giving every day? Really? Happiness is a loaded concept. It is probably one thing we are in constant search for. However, finding happiness might be a lot easier than we think.

One of the things that can often make us happy and feel good is how we were able to positively affect someone’s life. Seeing a mere smile on someone else’s face or hearing a cheerful ‘thank you’ can develop this amazing warmth feeling inside that will bring a smile to your own face. Imagine having this warmth feeling, ignited every day as you give and spread kindness just a little bit every day. This will essentially change your perception of life where you are able to find happiness through your generous actions and kindness to others.

This is one of the most sustainable ways to find happiness in life, as often times our sources of happiness can be short-lived – such as the occasional good news or finding a penny on the ground. However, finding happiness from daily giving is boundless and is completely in your hands too!

Use the 365give Challenge to Find Your Happiness By Giving Every Day!

That is what the whole 365give challenge is all about. Finding happiness through making just one give every day.

The challenge is as simple as this. Try to make one give each day. Now, this give could be in the form of a monetary donation to your favourite charity, or it could action as simple as picking up garbage you see on the floor, helping keep the street clean, or helping to take out the trash. This daily give can be centred around what you are most passionate about such as the environment, your family, the community, animals and many more!

The challenge does not only concern the individual, but this challenge can be brought into schools or the workplace. This giving challenge serves to promote giving to spread happiness, but the benefits can extend beyond happiness. Integrating this challenge into the workplace or at schools can encourage interest and motivation amongst students and workers. These gives are wonderful ways to host events or occasions to rally support and effort to help the causes that most concern your organisation. By giving as a group, you will be able to foster a stronger sense of community, which can help your students and employees feel more connected to the people they see five days a week.

The 365give Challenge Works!

Our website also contains various giving ideas for the different areas of interest (such as the environment, animals, and the community) but also for the different holidays and special occasions, so you can give back for every season and special occasion you’re celebrating. By giving just a little bit each day, you will start to realize a change within you as you recognize how your actions and kindness can bring happiness to others but also yourself! We all deserve happiness and this is an easy way to get it!
