Day 331: Shop with Meaning

Who doesn’t love shopping…and what if you feel in love with a way to shop with meaning.

What if the dollars you spend shopping for every day items could make you a philanthropist?

What if there was some way to shop with meaning that could change the world?

Day 331: Give 331

It is estimated that internet sales will hit $191 billion in the US alone for 2011. What if just a percentage of that was donated by you to the charity of your choice?

My give today is to help you give – buy shopping. Oh the fun – shopping! After 331 days of giving I have discovered this whole world of givers that I want to share with everyone. They are both not-for-profit and for profit.

I got a Tweet from my friends at Socialvest today sharing their new video with me. I liked it so much I wanted to share it with you and I am hoping you will sign up to make your shopping dollars count. Social Vest is the perfect way to combine “Purchase with Purpose.”

Each dollar you spend shopping will help you become the philanthropist you have always dreamed of becoming!

“When you join Socialvest, a percentage of everything you buy goes directly to your Socialvest account. From there you can donate your Socialvest dollars to causes that matter to you most. And with over 600+ retailers and 1.5 million charities to give to, making a difference has never been easier.” (quoted directly from the Socivalvest site)

An easy give every day with money you already spend.

Will you make every dollar you spend shopping count?
