Day 174: It’s World Water Day – 5 Ways You Can Help

“Success means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you believe you were meant to be.” -George Sheehan

When I started 365give the above statement rang so true for me. Who was I? What did I know in my heart I was meant to be and what in the world does all that have to do with World Water Day. I started 365give because I wanted to make the world a better place any way I could and the UN World Water Day is doing just that – making the world a better place by spreading the word about water. Over 1 billion people are going with out clean drinking water in our world today.

World Water Day is a great simple concept – if every person in the world had access to clean water the world would be a better place. It’s that easy. What will you do today to help get even just one person clean water. If everyone in the world that had clean drinking water helped just one person that didn’t have clean water our water the problem would be resolved. One of the biggest problems in our world may just be solved.

Day 174: Give 174

There are many ways you can help make a difference today and every day. Choose one or a number of these options and consider the impact water has on our lives and on the lives of people all over the world. What if water didn’t pour our of your tap freely – how far would you have to walk every day to get fresh clean water for your family.
