When I started 365give, 328 days ago I believed I could reach more people around the globe by sharing my 365 days of giving via social media. I was right and through this giving journey I have had the privilege and honour to meet so many like minded people and organizations. Giving is becoming a global trend and what better way to find a trend than Twitter. #giveMondays
Day 328: Give 328
When I started 365give I had never “Tweeted” before. I didn’t even know what a hashtag was. My sister, who is much more social media savvy than I am got me in the loop and found me some of the top philanthropic / social good hashtags on Twitter.
#philanthropy / #bethechange / #charity / #socialgood / #4change / #charityTuesday / #volunteer
The list goes on and you can find a complete list of the Top 40 Hashtags for Social Good from SocialBrite. They are missing one new one that I am hoping will be one the hottest new Twitter Hashtags on the first Monday of every month. #giveMonday
